Okay, so I'm never on anymore. I'm sorry. Does anyone read my blog anymore?
So what's new? I fell out with Vamp and it doesn't look like it's ever gonna get sorted out. I miss her. I doubt the feeling is mutual.
Uganda's looking good, and I'm so excited about it. I told myself last night that I can't get excited about it until I know that I can go... but I can't help it. I was thinking about how good it'd be to go there and imagining myself there and I was grinning to myself like a loony and giggling. Then I realised what I was doing and prompty shut up. Loonies do not get to go to UggieLand.
What else? I saw the girlies (Flo, Crock & Cherry) the other night and we had a great time. Played Articulate which was great and we figure than none of us are. Maybe I'm the worst. I got this on one of mine, 'Most rich people have them.' I wanted to say 'yacht' but it came out 'dinghy' which isn't quite the same.
Basically we had a really cool time and it'd be good to do it again. I learnt some guitar while Crock and Cherry were trying to curl my hair.
Guitar is really different to bass. I didn't know that.
Hmm... what else? The night after I stayed at Bone's and we watched Saw which was okay, but we both agreed that it had been rather hyped up. And I still see no reason why the doctor guy had to saw off his foot to get to the phone. Dramatic effect, I s'pose, but still dumb.
Had a great time at Ellie's, anyway. We went off for lunch (Gordon, Sue, Ellie, myself and Josh) in some Chinese place in Burton which was really good and my mouth is now watering for some more. Even though after we'd eaten I felt quite ill cos I had eaten too much. 'All-you-can-eat' buffets are great places for me, though I do tend to pig out rather a lot when I go to them.
Anyway, I love Ellie. She's so sweet. She got me a DVD for Christmas and I currently have nothing in hand to give her. Which is sad.
Oh yeah. I had this massive row with my dad on Thursday night and surprisingly, I won. For once, I really won. He was throwing my stuff about so I started really yelling at him and calling him every name under the sun, and even though I did that, my mum was still on my side, and she didn't reconsider her position on me going to UggieLand too. Pretty damn amazing, aye?
I'm sorry, but re: my bad language to my dad: you don't throw my fencing kit bag around and think you'll get away with it. That is the equivalent of my going into my dad's garage and smashing all his tools up. Twat. I still haven't forgiven him.
Anyway, my ma took me to fencing where I am fencing captain! and the Radcliffe-on-Trent people were there; Norman Randall's lot. Had a few good scraps with a few of them, including Norman himself (which I won... and I was like, 'wuh?' At epee... No joke. And he's one of the top coaches in the region... 'wuh?') And eyes up a couple of bloke fencers from the R-on-T fencing club.
In fact, they're all pretty swish. Ooh-er.
I just got an e-mail through from Mick who sent the e-mail to Norman too. The part which concerned me, went as follows:
'I have one young 16yr old lady called Natalie Brown (you fenced her at Epee on Thursday) who is very keen to fence at a high level (Cadet/A Grade) and I feel that she needs a Coach with more experience than I to help bring her on with additional tuition. Could you help in that Dept or if not could you let either myself or Natalie know who she may be able to contact. The club is very willing help her achieve her goals and will loan her any kit required etc.'
And then a bit on how to contact me. But I felt so sad... Mick thinks I'm too good for his coaching? Noooo. I'm crap. Surely he of all people must know that!? Also, a big 'wuh?' cos I've never shown any indication of wanting to go to A-Grades anytime soon.
Craziness.
Erm... what else? I spent some of last night talking to Lisa who came back from Uni a few days ago, went back for one night, then came back again, which was weird. Both talking to her, and her crazy commuting to and fro from Uni to home and back and... whatever.
It was nice talking to her. And making fun of Avril Lavigne, who has serious toe issues.
The other day I went to Derby Uni to a lecture on forensic science and Jack the Ripper, which I thought would be cool, but it kinda wasn't.
When I went Christmas food shopping I saw Mrs Ginge in totally wrong clothes and I couldn't stop laughing, and nearly fell in a freezer whilst doing so. It was nothing too bad, just a 'trendy' coat and jeans, but still... she's about 60...
Oh yeah, and this year's Christmas miracle is to get the lovely Sarge and the lovelier Elaine together. God bless. I probably have more to say but I can't think of it, so that's all for now.
I think that's all for now. Merry Christmas and if I don't come on before New Year, have a good'un.
