Word of the Day slip
Okay, so. This trailer I'm watching is hilarious. Apparently Greg and Sara are going to have a 'life threatening moment', which always makes me laugh when I watch that bit. Everytime.
I mean, what could possibly be 'life threatening' about it? One of them slips in the shower? I do know it's a decomination (sp?) Can't be bothered to check it) shower, but for goodness' sake!
I'm looking forward to the shower scene, even though I think that CSI has sunk low to do it.
Anyway, I really shouldn't be up at this hour, but I am nocturnal, I can't help it.
Btw, just so you know: some of my eBay stuff has finished. I have made a profit! Woohoo!

All in all: a good'un.
Anyway, in the 'real' hours of today we are going to the Redferns for tea (I believe) and I'm not sure I' looking forward to that.
I also have my second contact lens appointment, the first of which I didn't write about on my blog. Basically, the first one was a failure cos I couldn't put the lenses in with ease. Anyway, later I should hopefully be able to take them home.
For some reason though, getting contact lenses reminds me of the chinese restuarant we went to for Dinky's birthday on March 30th. I had deep-fried seaweed for my starter which I took a big gulp of, forgot to chew and proceeded to choke for the next five minutes, but Ihad to hold it in as the waiters and waitresses were putting our food out and I didn't want to appear rude. Oh, and I suffered.
I must remember to chew my food sufficiantly. I ought to have learnt that as soon as I was weaned as a baby.
Talking of eating: it's still difficult cos of my missing teeth, and even moreso now because (if you want the gory details), a chunk of my gum just on the side of one of my gaps has decided to rip, leaving me with a loose chunk of gum which can't do anything.
It's pissy.
And what's even more pissy is that as soon as I get used to my brace, something happens which holds me back from using it; and I'm on my last extension at the moment. I get the feeling that I will need to have adult teeth out. And, if Jon Davey decides to tell me that, I will reply with so many expletives that even I won't write them down. And this is coming from the girl who used to write particularly rude words in essays and stories and the like in junior school, just to see if I could get away with doing it. Admitedly, I did. But that's a different story - I'll save that one for a rainy day, or, knowing me, any day. I spend way too much time on this bloody computer.
Anyway, I've been here for about on hour on the pc. I reckon I ought to go to bed or I'll never make that appointment later. I may say how it goes, I may not. I am little peeved that all I seem to do is waste my time on this pc, I can't sleep; go to the pc, I'm bored; got to the pc... I need a life, or I'm just going to be a very sad person when I'm older, with no friends. So yeah.
By the way, the Pope was buried yesterday (I believe).
