I totally think that Mrs Bartholemew is one of my top teachers now. Yeah, she can be mean, but I think she's fab. She's a great teacher, great person and I love, admire and respect her enthusiasm for her subject. Apart from smoking, atm, the woman can do no wrong.

That is unlike Mrs Oversby whom I'm not happy with. She's just annoying me atm cos she doesn't seem to care about anything or anyone. Today we had another Sports Leadership thingy and I've missed the last few sessions 'cos of me being ill and off school and even though people told her why I was off, she still went ahead and asked me which this look that I presumed meant that I was pissing her off by ruining her plans.
I have a horrible feeling that she is all about the status and whatever, like my bastard-of-a-maths-teacher: Mr Dowson (who was doing nothing to help me tonight). That's a damn pity. I used to admire Mrs Oversby a great deal.

So yeah, as you may have gathered; I had Parents' Evening tonight and I was slightly disppointed with what people said, it was kinda like they were all reading from the same script.
Even Mrs Bartholemew and Mr Cunningham seemed that way, a little. But Mr Cunningham's great too. I just wish that my folks hadn't hinted so heavily about my CSI addiction. That bugged me a little. But then again, he was cool about it; so maybe that's okay.

The general opinion was that I get too stressed with my work, (which apparently I'm doing fabbity-fab in) and I just need to be a bit easier on myself. Easier said that done, my friends.

Mrs Bartholemew even said that I need to tone down my work. Meh, I'd really like to put less effort in, but I really dunno how. Anyhoo, I enjoy just about all aspects of English lessons, so no.

Well, I'll leave it at that. I'm just happy and relaxed that I'm not doing so badly as I thought, I've eaten good food tonight, drinking my beloved Heineken and I'm reading good CSI spoilers. CSI 5x20 sounds like it'll be even better than the previous episode. I just can't wait. (5x21 sounds a little lame though. Even if Brass and Warrick are main in it and Ellie's coming back...)
